Runaway FTBOA Florida Sire Susan's Girl S. and FTBOA Florida Sire My Dear Girl S. heroine Cookie Dough (Brethren) is being pointed toward a start in the GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies at Churchill Downs Nov. 2.
“She's doing great,” trainer Stanley Gold said of the Arindel Farm homebred. “She'll breeze again next week. We'll leave on the 26th, and off we go. I think we haven't seen the best of this filly yet. Hopefully, we'll see it on the second of November.”
Gold saddled Awesome Feather (Awesome of Course) to a victory in the 2010 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies. Arindel's Blonde Bomber (Fort Larned) was also third in the same race last year for Gold.
