Congressmen Andy Barr (R-KY) and Paul Tonko (D-NY), the co-chairmen of the Congressional Horse Caucus, will hold a hearing next Thursday, Apr. 28 with fellow Caucus members and leaders from the horse racing industry to discuss a path forward for the Thoroughbred Horseracing Integrity Act of 2015. Industry representatives to testify before the Caucus will include racehorse owner/celebrity chef Bobby Flay, Breeders' Cup President & CEO Craig Fravel, Hall of Fame Thoroughbred trainer Michael Dickinson, and former Maryland Jockey Club CEO Joe De Francis.
