Bodemeister (Empire Maker–Untouched Talent, by Storm Cat), sire of GI Kentucky Derby winner Always Dreaming from his first crop, is relocating to Turkey, WinStar Farm announced Thursday.
Pending export requirements, the 10-year-old will take up residence at the Jockey Club of Turkey Stud Farm.
From four crops of racing age, Bodemeister is the sire of four graded winners and 12 black-type winners.
Bodemeister, winner of the 2012 GI Arkansas Derby, was second in both the Kentucky Derby and GI Preakness S.
