GI Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint winner Bobby's Kitten (Kitten's Joy–Celestial Woods, by Forestry) will shuttle to Twin Hills Stud in Australia for the 2017 Southern Hemisphere breeding season where he will stand for a fee of A$16,500. Currently standing his first season as a stallion at Kirsten Rausing's Lanwades Stud in Newmarket, Bobby's Kitten will be the first son of Kitten's Joy (El Prado {Ire}) to stand in Australia. “Bobby's Kitten is an excellent prospect” said Olly Tait, the owner of Twin Hills Stud. “He has all the attributes you look for in a stallion. He was a top two-year-old, a Group 1 winning sprinter at three, has an outstanding pedigree and is a magnificent looking horse, with strength, scope and quality”. A winner five times for Chad Brown in America, Bobby's Kitten was transferred to Dermot Weld last year for whom he only made one start, albeit a successful one, when winning the Listed Cork S. by an impressive eight lengths on unsuitably heavy ground.

Kirsten Rausing also stands Sir Percy (GB) (Mark Of Esteem {Ire}), Sea The Moon (Ger) (Sea The Stars {Ire}) and Archipenko (Kingmambo) at Lanwades Stud and she commented, “We are delighted to instigate this co-operation with Twin Hills and hope that Bobby's Kitten, with his top-class performance, pedigree and looks will prove a great asset to the Australian breeding industry”. Twin Hills, located in Cootamundra, New South Wales, was recently purchased by Tait and his wife Amber and he added, “Twin Hills has been the home to some terrific stallions such as Snippets (Aus) and Rubiton (Aus), and Bobby's Kitten has all the credentials to follow in their footsteps. He is a beautiful horse, has a lovely pedigree and showed an explosive turn of foot”.
