The catalogue for the second annual Barretts August Select Yearling Sale has been made available online and will be mailed in the coming days, the sales company announced Sunday. The auction of 72 yearlings will be held Tuesday, Aug. 30 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Surfside Race Place located on the grounds of Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.
Yearlings will be stabled inside the Del Mar Horse Show Arena adjacent to the sales pavilion. Among the list of graduates from last year's sale is Hot Perfection (Unusual Heat), an impressive first-out maiden winner at Santa Anita May 6.
