Arrogate (Unbridled's Song) (134), a disappointing fifth in his career finale in the GI Breeders' Cup Classic, and two-time Australian Horse of the Year Winx (Aus) (Street Cry {Ire}) (132) have remained as the top two in the ninth edition of the Longines World's Best Racehorse Rankings for 2017.
With his resounding victory in the G1 QIPCO Champion S., Cracksman (GB) (Frankel {GB}) (130) has moved into third place. Gun Runner (Candy Ride {Arg}) improved his rating from 127 to 129 and sits in fourth place off his Breeders' Cup Classic victory. The G1 Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe heroine Enable (GB) (Nathaniel {Ire}) rounds out the top five at 128.
The final year-end rankings for 2017 will be revealed during the Longines World's Best Racehorse Ceremony this coming January.
