In a division made utterly devoid of drama thanks to his historic Triple Crown sweep, American Pharoah (Pioneerof the Nile) was unanimously chosen Eclipse Champion 3-Year-Old Colt. The homebred, who was also named 2014's Eclipse Champion 2-Year-Old Colt, capped his career in stirring fashion with a dominant victory in the GI Breeders' Cup Classic.
